Alternative Tourism Programs 2008
For those wishing to experience something different, we offer out Alternative
Tourism programs, including Ayahuasca Therapy sessions with a special
priest, or visiting authentic textile Quechua communities.
Jungle Magic: Ayahuasca Therapy
(night sessions)
Ayahuasca is a sacred plant with psychotherapeutic effects, usually
used by jungle tribes as personal healing therapy and as a way to venerate
their deities. We offer night sessions in Cusco with a special priest
of ancestral traditions.
Esoteric Sessions
Our various programs include payments to Mother Earth (Pachamama),
Purification Ceremonies, Greetings to the Apus, Shamanic Singings and
Meditation sessions which take place in sacred and high-energy-containing
locations nearby Cusco.
Textile Experience
(1D or more)
Special programs that combines sharing with Quechua communities, learning
their life-style and their textile techniques, using natural dyes according
to ancestral family traditions. A completely different lifetime experience
for lovers of participative and social tourism.
Visits are available in the following textile communities: Chinchero,
Pitumarca, Lares.
