Testimonials - Customized itineraries“ Mercedes, First, I need to apologize for not sending an email right after our trip. The people at Enigma are outstanding! Mercedes you communicated with my wife, Karen, and were very prompt and provided very useful information in your replies. We had a very positive impression of the Enigma organization from our contact with you. When we arrived in Cusco I felt Kathleen (unfortunately I may have her name wrong, Katlin?) met us at the airport and ensured we were registered in our hotel. She was available on her cell the whole time we were there and checked in with us to be sure everything was going well. I believe we could have made the trip without the benefit of knowing any Spanish because Karen and I had visited the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu a year earlier but Marisol’s explanations made it as if we had only seen pictures before. Because she was dedicated to our group of four, we were able to spend more time and ask questions about some items and adjust our schedule accordingly. I have given your name and email address to Mr and Mrs Ron Witko of Emmaus PA who would like to visit Machu Picchu with another couple. Please share this email with the owner of your company. He was totally knowledgeable about all the sites we visited, and also very accommodating and comfortable t be with. He anticipated our every need. He was able to answer all our wide-ranging questions. Hernán was very resourceful and flexible. He worked well with our family group, which ranged in age from eleven to 71. He did not push those of us on the upper and lower ends of the age spectrum, yet did not hesitate to accompany the 25-year-old member of our group on a very challenging hike at Machu Picchu. He was there with a remedy when one of the younger members of our party fell ill in a bus.
