Upon the return from Peru of yet another set of clients who were absolutely thrilled with their travels, and the care and service provided to them by Enigma throughout their time in the country, I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for all the work that you, and your wonderful staff, are able to consistently provide. As you know, I have been arranging trips for my clients for over 30 years now and work with DMC’s around the globe and am happy to let you know that I truly believe there is no better DMC to be found anywhere!

Ever since beginning to work with Enigma, I have remained consistently impressed with the quality and responsiveness of your office staff who are always happy to deal with any of my requests (no matter how unusual, difficult or petty they may be) with enthusiasm, creativity, and great attention to all the little details that are so important to crafting great experiences for our clients.

And then once the clients have actually arrived in Peru, each and every one of them have been impressed with the deep knowledge and high service standards of all of their guides within the country, and consistently report back to me that they feel that they were in great hands during their travels. And then to complete the circle, the diligent in-trip progress reports that I receive from your office during those trips puts me in a great position when conducting post-trip follow up conversations with my clients.
